Infinitingo Runingo Version 0.0.4

Howdy!

Version 0.0.4 is here! Version 0.0.3 brought even more bugs so I tried and fix them as soon as possible. Also added new content for this build.

Hoping that you have fun!

Changes: 

- Fixed a bug were high end PCs with more FPS made the game ultra fast in the begining.

-Added a coin counter in HUD to show the amount you have collected.

-Added more types of coins, now there is gold, silver and bronce coins, every type now gives different amount of points.

-Modified final score calculations to match the implementation of new coins.

-Bats now can't spawn over other obstacles making it easier to dodge them. They now can spawn higher and lower on the screen.

-Modified spawning system to match the integration of new bat behavior.

-Added small and large spiky vines as new obstacles.

Dev Comments:

This version I took my time to fix and polish some of the game aspects. For now, this is the first version where the game doesn't break TnT. Ability system will be the next focus aswell as some modifications to the "game feel".
